Timor Blue Water Sea Adventures was founded by Australian Army veteran Jason Greer, following over two decades of military service and a deep connection to Timor-Leste and its people.
After years of operational deployments and leadership roles, Jason saw firsthand the importance of purpose, mateship, and meaningful work — especially for veterans transitioning into civilian life. At the same time, he recognised the untapped potential of Timor-Leste’s world-class marine environment and the opportunity to create something that delivers both exceptional experiences and real local impact.
