Charter Description
Experience Timor-Leste’s incredible marine life and encounter their oceanic giants in a respectful, eco-focused way. Where conditions allow, guests may have the opportunity for a guided in-water snorkelling experience, however this is not guaranteed and is strictly dependent on safety, weather, and animal behaviour. Maximum of 6 guests per vessel. What’s included: - Professional crew - Safety equipment - Light refreshments Not included: - Alcohol - Accommodation Transfers (can be arranged on request) Departure times may be adjusted slightly based on weather, tides, and seasonal conditions.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 40% is required to secure your booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and approved. The remaining balance is payable prior to the scheduled departure or on arrival, as advised at the time of confirmation. All pricing (USD) is based on private charter per vessel (maximum of six guests unless otherwise agreed). Cancellation Policy Deposits are generally non-refundable for guest cancellations unless agreed otherwise. No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit full booking value. We understand that plans can change, however, due to the nature of private charters and operational planning, these policies are strictly applied. Weather & Operational Conditions All experiences are weather-dependent and subject to sea conditions. At TBWSA safety and weather conditions are assessed daily and are a priority. If TBWSA cancels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests will be offered either: – rescheduling, or – full refund of monies paid. The skipper reserves the right to modify the itinerary, delay departure times or cancel or reschedule trips. This is done at all times in the interest of guest safety and operational integrity. All in-water activities, including snorkelling, freediving, and spearfishing, aren't guaranteed and are strictly subject to: 1. Weather conditions 2. Sea state 3. Wildlife behaviour 4. Guest experience level Final approval is at the discretion of the skipper and crew to ensure safety at all times. Guest Responsibilities Guests are required to: 1. Provide accurate booking information 2. Follow all crew instructions and safety briefings 3. Disclose relevant medical conditions or experience levels where applicable We reserve the right to refuse participation in any activity where safety may be compromised. Changes & Amendments We reserve the right to update or amend these policies at any time to reflect operational, safety, or regulatory requirements.
